Training Specialist

Erin Peereboom is the Training Specialist at SAY Group, where she designs and develops all internal team trainings as well as customized learning and development experience for SAY Group clients. With nearly 20 years of experience in Instructional Design and Facilitation, Erin brings a wealth of knowledge in learning design and theory, people’s thinking and behavior preferences, and building and delivering engaging experiences for audiences of all kinds. She is passionate about designing learning experiences that encourage people to grow and develop professionally and personally.

Shana is a Recruiting Partner at SAY Group, where she plays a key role in hiring for partner companies.
